ORDER


Based upon the Defendant's Unopposed Motion to Remand filed in the above-entitled case and good cause appearing therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), this case is remanded to the Commissioner for further administrative proceedings in accordance with Defendant's Motion; and Upon remand, the ALJ will: (1) give further consideration to the opinion of the treating physician and (2) to explain the weight given to that opinion pursuant to 20 C.F.R. § 404.1527(d) and 416.927(d) and to Social Security Rulings 96-2p and 96-5p.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this case is closed.
