ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the cover page of the document petitioner filed on July 22, 2022 (docket entry number 14), to "Motion to Withdraw Motion for Voluntary Dismissal Without Prejudice". It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Withdraw Motion for Voluntary Dismissal Without Prejudice, filed July 22, 2022, is granted.
