ORDER OF DISMISSAL FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

By Order served April 8, 2022, the Court directed petitioner to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee in this case. To date, petitioner has not complied with that Order.

On May 31, 2022, the Court filed a Letter by petitioner dated May 23, 2022. Therein, petitioner states that the parties have resolved this matter and requests that this case be dismissed.

In view of the foregoing, it appearing that petitioner does not intend to pay the Court's filing fee, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. It is further

ORDERED that the Answer, filed May 27, 2022, at Docket Index No. 4, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
