Opinion

No. 109,574.

2014-02-14

WAGNER INTERIOR SUPPLY OF KANSAS CITY, INC., Appellant, v. ASSOCIATED DRYWALL CONTRACTORS, INC., et al., Defendants, (First National Bank and Trust Co., DGP Construction Company, and Jay Ambe Property Limited Partnership), Appellees.

I concur in the holding and analysis of this opinion. I write separately because I would also affirm the district court's judgment on the basis that the mechanic's lien statement was deficient for Wagner's failure to strictly comply with the requirements of K.SA. 60–1102(a)(2) by not verifying its address sufficient for service of process. See Buchanan v. Overley, 39 Kan.App.2d 171, 177, 178 P.3d 53,rev. denied 286 Kan. 1176 (2008).
