Elizabeth Wages, Individually and on behalf of the 166 Second Avenue Tenants Association, Petitioners-Appellants, v. State of New York Division of Housing and Community Renewal, Respondent-Respondent.


Petitioners-appellants having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 14, 2018, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion, deemed one seeking to vacate the dismissal of the appeal, is granted, and the time to perfect the appeal is enlarged to the September 2019 Term (see, 22 NYCRR 1250.10).
