ROBERT D. BURNS, III CHIEF JUSTICE.

Before the Court is appellant's May 9, 2024 "Supplemental Motion to Amend the Appellate Record." In the motion, appellant sets forth numerous complaints concerning the reporter's record. On May 1, 2024, this Court ordered appellant to present all complaints concerning the clerk's record and the reporter's record in a single motion to be filed with this Court on or before JULY 1, 2024. The May 1, 2024 order included instructions to appellant on the information needed for him to complain about the clerk's record and reporters record.

Accordingly, the May 9, 2024 motion to supplement is DENIED without prejudice to appellant presenting any issues regarding the clerk's record and the reporter's record in the motion due July 1, 2024, in accordance with this Court's order of May 1, 2024.
