MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM.

The appellant has filed an unopposed motion to dismiss her appeal from a judgment in favor of appellee, Tara McDonald-Morrison, M.D. We grant the motion and dismiss the appeal against Tara McDonald-Morrison, M.D. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.1(a)(1). Appellant's appeal from the judgment in favor of appellee, Becky L. McGraw-Wall, M.D., remains pending before this court.

Appellant's brief was due on February 13, 2004. Neither the brief nor a motion for extension of time have been filed. Accordingly, appellant is hereby ORDERED to file her brief and a motion for extension of time no later than March 29, 2004, or this appeal will be subject to dismissal for want of prosecution. See Tex.R.App.P. 38.8(a).
