In an action to recover damages for injuries to person and property, the appeal is from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, entered upon a jury's verdict, in favor of respondents. The corporate respondent's motor vehicle, while being operated by the individual respondent, was struck in the rear by the appellant's motor vehicle, causing the injuries complained of. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
