CORPORATIONS, § 387 — when complaint against officers and directors properly dismissed for want of equity. Complaint by stockholders of corporation against directors and officers and individual who acted in capacity as trustee for directors which alleged conspiracy existed between officers and directors and trustee to obtain valuable properties consisting of patents without paying corporation anything therefor was properly dismissed for want of equity, under evidence.
