Respondent, Jean Tienken, appeals (a) by Notice of Appeal dated April 27, 2021, from a series of orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 23, 2021, March 24, 2021, and April 2, 2021 (Mot. Seq. Nos. 003 and 006; Case No. 2021-01476), and (b) by separate Notice of Appeal, also dated April 27, 2021, from an order, same court, entered on or about April 26, 2021 (Mot. Seq. Nos. 001 and 007; Case No. 2021-01477)
And respondent-appellant having moved to stay enforcement of the aforesaid orders pending the hearing and determination of the appeals, and to consolidate the appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied, and the interim relief granted by a Justice of this Court, on April 29, 2021, is hereby vacated. That branch of respondent's motion seeking consolidation of the appeals is denied as unnecessary, said consolidation may be done as of right (see, 22 NYCRR 1250.9 [f][3]).
