DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by the respondents-appellants, inter alia, for leave to serve and file a supplemental record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 27, 2011, containing the appellants-respondents' memorandum of law dated January 7, 2011, filed in opposition to the motion that was determined by the order entered April 27, 2011, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are for leave to serve and file a supplemental record and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief are granted, and on or before March 13, 2012, the respondents-appellants shall serve and file the supplemental record containing the appellants-respondents' memorandum of law dated January 7, 2011, as well as the answering brief, including points of argument on the cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]); and it is further,
ORDERED that motion is otherwise denied.
