This case is currently calendared at the Court's Atlanta, Georgia trial session, scheduled to begin January 9, 2023.

The petition in this case was not accompanied by the Ownership Disclosure Statement required by Rule 20(c), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. On March 5, 2021, the Court ordered petitioner West Avenue Subway, Inc. to file such a disclosure statement. To date, West Avenue Subway, Inc. has not filed an Ownership Disclosure Statement. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 28, 2022, West Avenue Subway, Inc. shall file an Ownership Disclosure Statement. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall attach to this Order a copy of Form 6, Ownership Disclosure Statement. We note that Form 6 can also be found at www.ustaxcourt.gov under the Case Related Forms tab.
