It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of staying enforcement of the final judgment and warrant of eviction on the condition that respondent-appellant (1) perfect the appeal no later than the January 2020 Term - the filing deadline for which is November 13, 2019 and (2) continue to pay use and occupancy as directed in the September 2, 2019 order of this court. In the event of respondent-appellant's failure to comply with the forgoing conditions, petitioner may move on 5 days notice for appropriate relief.
