W 148 LLC v. McCracken, Lisa It is Ordered that motion & cross motion are consolidated for disposition. It is further Ordered that petitioner-respondent's motion seeking to adjourn appeal to Apr. 2019 term is denied as moot. Pursuant to this Court's order, dated Jan. 9, 2019, above-captioned appeal is adjourned to Apr. 2019 term.
It is also further Ordered that respondent-appellant's cross-motion seeking to stay the trial scheduled for March 18, 2019 pending the determination of the above-captioned appeal is denied.
