Action to recover the value of professional services rendered. Order denying defendant's motion under rule 113, Rules of Civil Practice, to dismiss the complaint, and for summary judgment in his favor upon the counterclaim contained in the answer, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Hagarty, Johnston, Taylor and Close, JJ., concur.
