STIPULATION TO EXTEND TIME AND ORDER
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the undersigned attorneys for all the parties, that Plaintiffs VTech Holdings Limited and VTech Europe B.V.'s ("VTech") time to answer, move or otherwise respond to the counterclaims alleged in Defendant PricewaterhouseCoopers' ("PWC") answer to the second amended complaint is extended to and including March 7, 2005.
IT IS HERBY FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the undersigned attorneys for all the parties, that Third-Party Defendant VTech Innovation, L.P.'s, d/b/a Advanced American Telephones, ("AAT") time to answer, move or otherwise respond to Third-Party Plaintiff PwC's claims alleged in Defendant PWC's answer to the second amended complaint is extended to and including March 7, 2005.
