Upon consideration of the Stipulation to Dismiss Appeal (Stipulation), filed on July 18, 2023, by Plaintiff-Appellant VS, the papers in support, and the record, it appears that: (1) the filing fees have been paid, but the appeal has not been docketed; (2) the parties stipulate to dismiss the appeal with no award of costs or fees to either party; (3) the Stipulation is dated and signed by counsel for all parties; and (4) dismissal is authorized by Hawaii Rules of Appellate Procedure Rule 42(a).
