ORDER

The clerk's record is overdue. By letter dated June 15, 2020, counsel for appellant notified the Court that he has paid the fee for the clerk's record. Accordingly, we ORDER Dallas County District Clerk Felicia Pitre to file the clerk's record by June 26, 2020.

The reporter's record is also overdue. By post-card notice dated May 13, 2020, we directed Marcey Poeckes, Official Court Reporter for the 298th Judicial District Court, to file, within thirty days, either the reporter's record, written verification that no hearings were recorded, or written verification that appellant had not requested the reporter's record. As of today's date, Ms. Poeckes has not responded. Accordingly, we ORDER Ms. Poeckes to file, by July 1, 2020, either the reporter's record, written verification that no hearings were recorded, or written verification that appellant has not requested the reporter's record.

We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Pitre; Ms. Poeckes; and, all parties.
