Appeals having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about June 12, 2018, and the judgment of the same Court entered on or about June 18, 2018, And defendant-appellant George Frantzeskakis having moved for a stay of enforcement of the judgment pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken therefrom,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied, and the interim relief granted by the order of a Justice of this Court, dated May 27, 2019, is vacated.
