ORDER DENYING PETITION

This original petition for a writ of mandamus and/or prohibition challenges the jurisdiction of the district court to conduct a resentencing and enter an amended judgment of conviction. Having considered the petition, we conclude Steven Floyd Voss is not entitled to relief. See NRS 34.160; NRS 34.320. Accordingly, we

ORDER the petition DENIED.
