On December 16, 2022, petitioners filed in these consolidated cases a Motion for Order to Show Cause Why Proposed Facts and Evidence Should Not Be Accepted as Established Pursuant to Rule 91(f). By Order served December 23, 2022, we granted that Motion and directed respondent to file a response. On January 8, 2023, respondent filed a response. Having reviewed respondent's response, we will discharge our Order to Show Cause at this time.

Upon due consideration, it is ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause, served December 23, 2022, is discharged.
