This case for the redetermination of a deficiency was recalled from the calendar on November 15, 2021, at the Tampa, Florida remote trial session of the court. The parties appeared and respondent orally moved for a continuance.

Premises considered, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED that respondent's oral motion is granted, and the case is continued with jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's motion to dismiss for failure to properly prosecute, filed October 25, 2021, is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that unless a stipulated decision is submitted sooner, on or before January 14, 2022, the parties, separately or jointly, report in writing to the Court as to the status of the case.
