ORDER

Before the Court is appellant/relator Focis Holding Group, LLC's January 23, 2024 Emergency Motion to Clarify and/or Enforce December 1, 2023 Order Granting Stay. In its motion, Focis Holding Group asks that we direct appellee/real party in interest Jessica Hansen to comply with the December 1, 2023 Order by executing a release of her Abstract of Judgment within seven days. Alternatively, Focis Holding Group asks that we clarify whether the Court's December 1, 2023 Order bars Ms. Hansen from refusing to release her Abstract of Judgment.
We CLARIFY that the December 1, 2023 Order does NOT bar Ms. Hansen from refusing to release the Abstract of Judgment. We otherwise DENY the relief requested.
