Jeffrey Alan VOLMERT, Appellant, v. MISSOURI COMMISSION ON HUMAN RIGHTS and AC Systems, Inc., Respondents.

Roger G. Brown, Jefferson City, for Appellant. David L. McCain, Jr., Jefferson City and James C. Leritz, St. Louis, for Respondents.

Roger G. Brown, Jefferson City, for Appellant.

David L. McCain, Jr., Jefferson City and James C. Leritz, St. Louis, for Respondents.

Before Division One: W. Douglas Thomson, P.J., and Alok Ahuja and Edward R. Ardini, Jr., JJ.

ORDER

PER CURIAM:

Jeffrey Volmert filed an administrative complaint with the Missouri Commission on Human Rights, alleging age discrimination in employment. The Commission determined that Volmert's complaint was untimely, closed its file, and refused to issue Volmert a right-to-sue letter. Volmert then petitioned for judicial review in the Circuit Court of Cole County. The circuit court denied Volmert relief. Volmert appeals. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
