Upon review of the response to this Court's order to show cause dated May 16, 2022, the Court has determined that Dial v. Calusa Palms Master Association, Inc., 337 So.3d 1229 (Fla. 2022), is controlling in this case, and that it should decline to accept jurisdiction in Volin v. Gulfstream Park Racing Association, Inc. etc., No. SC21-1682. The petition for discretionary review is, therefore, denied. No motion for rehearing will be entertained by the Court. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.330(d)(2).
