ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge

On February 15, 2022, respondent filed a motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction on the ground that the petition was not filed within the time prescribed by the Internal Revenue Code. On March 1, 2022, petitioner filed an objection to motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before May 11, 2022, respondent shall file a response to petitioner's objection to motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction.
