CHRISTOPHER H. VOIGHT & MELISSA A. VOIGHT, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Courtney D. Jones Judge

On February 13, 2023, the Court received from the parties in the above-docketed matter a Proposed Stipulated Decision resolving this litigation. However, review shows that the decision references, and purports to incorporate facts from, a stipulation by the parties. Conversely, the record reflects no such stipulation.

The premise considered, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Proposed Stipulated Decision (Doc. 12), filed February 13, 2023, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 7, 2023, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision.
