ORDER

Before Chief Justice Wright, Justice Francis, and Justice Stoddart

Based on the Court's opinion of this date, we AFFIRM the trial court's order sustaining appellee's contest to appellant's affidavit of indigence.

Before the Court is "Tobolowsky's Rule 13 Motion for Sanctions Against Appellant." Rule of civil procedure 13 does not apply to pleadings filed in this Court. See TEX. R. CIV. P. 13 (providing authority for trial court to impose sanctions); In re A.W.P., 200 S.W.3d 242, 246 (Tex. App.—Dallas 2006, no pet.). Accordingly, we DENY the motion.
