On May 30, 2024, appellant's counsel of record, Jonathan M. Cleary, filed a motion requesting permission to appear pro hac vice in this appeal. Mr. Cleary's motion satisfies the requirements of Rule 19 of the Rules Governing Admission to the Bar of Texas and section 82.0361 of the Texas Government Code. See Tex. R. Governing Admission to Bar of Tex. 19(a); Tex. Gov't Code Ann. § 82.0361(b). Accordingly, we GRANT the motion.
