Appeal, No. 259, Jan. T., 1971, from decree of Court of Common Pleas, of Philadelphia (County Court of Philadelphia County, Dec. T., 1966, No. 6984D), in case of Helen Vladyka v. Thomas J. McCormack. Decree affirmed.

Equity. Before LEVIN, J.

Opinion and decree nisi filed dismissing plaintiff's complaint and granting defendant's counterclaim; exceptions thereto by plaintiff dismissed, and final decree entered. Plaintiff appealed.

Decree affirmed, costs to be borne by appellant.
