Appeal by defendant from an order denying his motion to change the venue of the action brought by his wife for the annulment of their marriage. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Wenzel, Acting P.J., MacCrate, Schmidt, Beldock and Murphy, JJ., concur.
