DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Rebecca Vittorio from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated October 6, 2023. Motion by the appellant for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, for the assignment of counsel, and for waiver of the subpoena fee.
