This case was called from the calendar of the Court's Miami, Florida trial session, conducted remotely on November 29, 2021 for hearing on respondent's motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed October 9, 2021. There was no appearance by or on behalf of the petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. Upon due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that petitioner shall, on or before January 13, 2022, file a response to respondent's motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. It is further

ORDERED that respondent shall, on or before January 13, 2022, file a status report regarding the current status of the case and attach thereto any documentation related to the motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction that petitioner has provided to respondent.
