ORDER

EMIN TORO JUDGE.

This collection due process case was calendared for trial during the Court's April 22, 2024, New York, New York, trial session. On April 12, 2024, respondent filed an unopposed Motion to Remand (Doc. 18) asking the Court to remand the case to the IRS Independent Office of Appeals for further consideration. By Order served April 16, 2024, respondent's Motion to Remand was granted, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.

On August 9, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 20). Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before October 11, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
