ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

On July 31, 2024, respondent filed a Notice of Proceeding in Bankruptcy, in which he states that petitioner John J. Vitalich filed a bankruptcy petition at the Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California. Respondent attached to his notice a copy of the Notice of Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Case. On August 30, 2024, respondent filed a Supplement to his Notice of Proceeding in Bankruptcy.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. section 362(a)(8), all proceedings in this case are stayed. It is further

ORDERED that, although all proceedings are stayed, the parties shall, on or before March 11, 2025, file with the Court written reports (preferably a joint report) as to the then present status of the related bankruptcy proceeding.
