ORDER

Christian N. Weiler, Judge.

The Court served an order, dated on November 16, 2022, ruling on the parties' cross motions for partial summary judgment, in each of these consolidated cases.

Considering the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that on or before January 6, 2023, the parties shall file a joint status report (or if a joint report is not expedient, then separate reports) setting forth the issues remaining for trial and recommending a schedule for further proceedings in these cases. It is further

ORDERED that a video status conference (via Microsoft Teams) with the Court and the parties herein is set for January 11, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. (EST) to discuss the status of this case. The Court will separately furnish counsel for the parties the Teams information for the status conference. Should any party have a scheduling conflict with the time and date of this video status conference, you are asked to advise the Court of any scheduling conflict as soon as possible.

The parties are encouraged to confer in advance of the status conference and be prepared to discuss further proceedings in these cases.
