DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated February 12, 2021. Motion by New York Insurance Association, Inc., American Property Casualty Insurance Association, and National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies for leave to file an amici curiae brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further, ORDERED that the amici curiae brief shall be served and filed via NYSCEF on or before January 19, 2022; and it is further, ORDERED that no oral argument by the amici curiae shall be permitted; and it is further, ORDERED that the parties, if they be so advised, may file reply briefs to the amici curiae brief within 10 days after the service upon them of the amici curiae brief.
