ORDER DENYING PETITION FOR A WRIT OF MANDAMUS.


Upon consideration of the petition for a writ of mandamus filed by Petitioner Jayson A. Virtudes, the papers in support, and the records and files herein, it appears that Petitioner fails to demonstrate that he is entitled to a writ of mandamus. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the petition is denied without prejudice to any remedy Petitioner may have in the circuit court and without prejudice to any eventual remedy Petitioner may have by way of appeal.
