Action to recover damages for breach of contract, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford, where the defendant filed a counterclaim, and referred to Albert J. Callahan, attorney factfinder, who recommended judgment for the plaintiff; thereafter, the court, Ripley, J., rendered judgment in accordance with the factfinder's recommendation, and the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
