ORDER
Irene Rios, Justice.
On October 24, 2024, the parties filed a joint motion proposing an agreed briefing schedule in this cross-appeal. The joint motion to set a cross-appeal briefing schedule is GRANTED. The parties' respective briefs are due as follows:
• Appellants/Cross-Appellees Jesus Virlar, M.D.'s and Gonzaba Medical Group's appellant briefs are due on or before December 13, 2024.
• Appellee/Cross-Appellant Maria Esther Carr's combined appellee's brief and cross-appellant's brief shall be limited to 30,000 words as determined by Rule 9.4(i)(1) of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure and is due no later than forty-five (45) days after Virlar and Gonzaba Medical Group have filed their appellants' briefs. See Tex. R. App. P. 9.4(i)(1).
• Appellants/Cross-Appellees Virlar's and Gonzaba Medical Group's combined reply brief and cross-appellees' briefs shall be limited to 22,500 words as determined by Rule 9.4(i)(1) of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure and is due no later than thirty (30) days after Carr files her combined appellee's brief and cross-appellant's brief. See id.
• Appellee Carr's cross-appellant reply brief shall be limited to 7,500 words as determined by Rule 9.4(i)(1) of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure and is due no later than twenty (20) days after Virlar and Gonzaba Medical Group file their combined reply briefs and cross-appellees' briefs. See id.
