Pending before the Court is the Commissioner's motion to compel production of documents filed on November 8, 2021. Petitioners Patrick D. Vinson and Janice W. Vinson filed their objection on November 23, 2021. The Court held a conference call on December 7, 2021, to discuss this motion with the parties. In light of the discussion, the Court will allow the parties more time to see if they can find a solution to this motion without Court action and ask for a status report apprising the Court of any updates. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 13, 2021, the parties shall file a joint status report as to the status of the Commissioner's motion to compel production of documents.
