ORDER

This case is currently set for trial on the Court's Atlanta, Georgia, special session, scheduled to begin January 24, 2022. On November 24, 2021, petitioners Patrick D. Vinson and Janice W. Vinson filed two separate motions for partial summary judgment, together with supporting memoranda. We will direct the Commissioner to file responses to the motions, before giving the Vinsons the last word. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 20, 2021, the Commissioner shall file responses to the motions for partial summary judgment (or a single response, if he prefers). It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 3, 2022, the Vinsons shall file replies to the Commissioner's responses to the motions for partial summary judgment (or a single reply, if they prefer).
