Patrick D. Vinson & Janice W. Vinson Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Patrick J. Urda, Judge

By Order served on December 9, 2021, the Court directed the parties to file a status report as to the status of the Commissioner's motion to compel production of documents, filed November 8, 2021.

On December 13, 2021, the parties filed a joint status report indicating that the Commissioner is satisfied with petitioners' representation that they have completed a thorough search of all records and have produced all responsive documents to the Commissioner's requests. The Commissioner also indicates that he withdraws his motion to compel production of documents. Since the request to withdrawal was made in a status report, the Court will simply deny the motion as moot. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's motion to compel production of documents filed November 8, 2021, is denied as moot.
