On November 16, 2022, the Court entered a Notice of Docket Change at docket entry number 12. Due to a clerical error, respondent's Motion to Withdraw as Counsel was renamed as respondent's Notice to Withdraw as Counsel. After due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall retitle respondent's Notice to Withdraw as Counsel as respondent's Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Withdraw as Counsel is granted.
