Appeal by the town zoning enforcement officer from a decision by the named defendant granting a variance application filed by the defendant David Chevrolet, Inc., brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at New Britain and tried to the court, Goldberg, J.; judgment dismissing the appeal, from which the plaintiff, on the granting of certification, appealed to this court. Affirmed.
