Michael G. Berry, Jefferson City, for Respondents.

Zane G. Williams, Sunrise Beach, for Appellants.

Division One: Edward R. Ardini, Jr., Presiding Judge, Mark D. Pfeiffer, Judge and Cynthia L. Martin, Judge

ORDER

PER CURIAM:

Larry Vincent, Patricia Vincent, and Rick Hinzpeter, along with several of their neighbors, sued Yellowstone Lot, LLC, Gary Prewitt, and Enowski Farms, Inc., for declaratory and injunctive relief, seeking to enjoin the development of nearby property. The trial court granted injunctive relief. Upon issuance of the permits necessary to proceed with the development, all previously entered injunctions were dissolved and the case was dismissed as moot. Plaintiffs were awarded their attorney’s fees and the trial court released the injunction bond. The defendants appeal. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided the parties an unpublished memorandum setting forth the reasons for the order. Rule 84.16(b).
