The petition is granted and James C. Vincent is afforded a belated appeal of the order of the Circuit Court for Duval County dated April 1, 2009, denying motion to correct illegal sentence in its case number 1994-CF-005708-AXXX-MA. Upon issuance of mandate in this cause, a copy of the opinion will be provided to the clerk of the circuit court who shall treat it as a notice of appeal.

PETITION GRANTED.
