ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge.

On February 3, 2022, the parties filed for the Court's consideration a settlement statement and a proposed stipulated decision. The settlement statement references an attached Statement of Account (Form 3623). However, no Form 3623 is attached to the settlement statement.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the parties' settlement statement, filed February 3, 2022, is stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 1, 2022, the parties shall file a proper settlement statement. The Court will hold the parties' proposed stipulated decision pending the filing of that document.
