On May 13, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Calendar and Consolidate in the above-docketed cases. Respondent notes therein that the petitioner in the case at Docket No. 21666-22, Vin Logistics, Inc., has not yet filed a corporate disclosure statement pursuant to Rule 20(c), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure.
The case at Docket No. 21666-22 is calendared for trial during the Court's September 9, 2024, Chicago, Illinois, trial session. The case at Docket No. 19336-22 is currently in the general docket.
Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is
ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced Motion to Calendar and Consolidate is granted, in that it is:

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall also serve on the parties in the case at Docket No. 19336-22 copies of (1) the Notice Setting Case for Trial for the Court's trial session scheduled to commence on September 9, 2024, in Chicago, Illinois, and (2) the Standing Pretrial Order for that same trial session. It is further
ORDERED that the above-docketed cases are consolidated for purposes of trial, briefing, and opinion.
