ORDER

Richard T. Morrison, Judge.

On February 9, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance and a Motion to Remand.

On March 20, 2023, this case was called from the calendar of the Court's Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, trial session. Counsel for petitioner and respondent appeared and were heard. During a recall, counsel for petitioner moved the Court for continuance, to which respondent did not object.

Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcripts of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance filed February 9, 2023, is denied. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Remand filed February 9, 2023, is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Oral Motion for Continuance is granted and jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that on or before April 19, 2023, the parties shall file a joint status report stating the-then present status of the case or signed decision documents.
